- Diagnosis, work-up, treatment, and management of central and peripheral nervous system disorders, such as headaches, epilepsy, stroke, brain injury, multiple sclerosis, and other related disorders
- Diagnosis, work-up, treatment, and management of inflammatory system disorders, such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, Raynaud’s, and other related disorders
- Full medical consultation followed by electrodiagnostic studies for the evaluation of neuromuscular symptoms
- Functional testing, complimentary to diagnostic imaging, with greater specificity

- A history of migraine headaches
- Headaches on most days (15 or more) of the month that last 4 hours a day or longer
- Spasticity due to stroke, cerebral palsy, brain injury, spinal cord injury and multiple sclerosis
- Goals of care include pain management and optimizing function
